A minimum of three (3) hours of service is required for all hourly charters.
-If a client books the minimum three (3) hours and exceeds the reserved service time, the service will automatically be extended and billed in additional full-hour increments.
-Pickups outside of Waikiki and Honolulu (including but not limited to Ko Olina Resort and North Shore / Turtle Bay) are subject to an additional location pickup fee.
-Service time begins when the chauffeur arrives at the scheduled pickup location or if the client enters the vehicle early than scheduled pickup, whichever occurs first. Service ends when the final passenger exits the vehicle.
-Cancellations made more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service date and time are eligible for a full refund.
-Any cancellation or new reservation made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service time is non-refundable.
-Guests may change or adjust their pickup time up to 24 hours before service at no additional charge. Changes made within 24 hours of service are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
-The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the charter. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or violations incurred during service will be charged to the client.
-All charges must be paid in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-This policy applies to all hourly charters unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.
