We proudly provide transportation services across the entire island of Oʻahu — home to Hawaiʻi’s capital city, Honolulu, and the world-renowned Waikīkī Beach. 

On the day of service, your chauffeur will reach out to you directly using the phone number(s) provided at the time of booking. For airport arrival, you may also choose our Meet & Greet service, which includes a personalized name sign for your convenience and a seamless pickup experience. Your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area and assist you with your luggage. 

Enjoy 60 minutes of free wait time for domestic and international flights. 

For every booking, please provide your flight details so we can track your real time flight and prepare for your arrival. Should your flight be delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your transfer within our service hours. If you encounter any delays, please inform our office immediately.

You can change your reservation by calling (808) 304-8521 or email us at info@hawaiivipblackcars.com with your confirmation number to make any changes.

Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service for a full refund. Full refund will be issued If your flight gets cancelled. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
